CES 2025: principais novidades da Corsair
Um dos grandes destaques para este ano vai para um curioso monitor de uma proporção bem fora do vulgar, um ecrã pequeno, mas bastante horizontal, que serve como uma espécie de monitor adicional para tarefas secundárias! Este é o XENEON EDGE 14.5" LCD Touchscreen (que podem ver em cima), um ecrã tátil com uma resolução de 2560 por 720 píxeis com várias utilidades, desde controlar o nosso sistema a ter um dashboard enquanto estamos com o ecrã completo a jogar, ou até mesmo apresentando um chat enquanto fazemos stream! Com um formato bem compacto, é um monitor que podemos colocar em qualquer parte do nosso setup sem grande alvoroço, que é ligado seja por USB Type-C DP-Alt Mode ou uma simples entrada HDMI.
Vimos também uma atualização nas gamas de caixas para PCs, como a 5000T Series Mid-Tower Case com uma lateral totalmente transparente e disponíveis tanto em preto como branco, com bastantes entradas para ventilação e já preparadas com o Aurora RGB Lightning, ventoinhas LX 120 RGB e um iCue LINK System Hub, ligando tudo (e iluminando também) com pouco esforço. A Corsair aproveitou também para anunciar a caixa FRAME 4000D, a primeira a usar o sistema FRAME Modular Case System que promete uma fácil e versátil configuração da mesma, que através do CORSAIR Inifini Rail Fan Mounting System permite-nos configurar as ventoinhas ao nosso gosto, com uma flexibilidade na sua instalação como nunca antes.
Mas e mais coisas para estas torres? Foi também na CES 2025 que vimos a atualização do lineup de fontes de alimentação da RMe Series, com potências que vão dos 650W aos 1000W, que vêm mesmo a tempo caso estejam inclinados em atualizar os vossos PCs para suportar uma das gráficas NVIDIA da série 50. Falando ainda de PSUs temos uma atualização nas fontes da HXi Series, com potências de 1200W e 1500W para quem tem PCs que necessitam desta quantidade de energia.

RMe Series (2025) Power Supplies

5000T Series Mid-Tower Case
Both versions are available in black or white, offering a clean, cable-free look and excellent cooling potential. Removable front and roof airflow panels offer optimal ventilation, while the spacious interior is compatible with ASUS BTF, MSI Project Zero, and Gigabyte Project Stealth motherboards. These cases support up to 10x 120mm or 4x 140mm fans, along with multiple radiators, including options for up to 360mm radiators in the front or side.
Builder-friendly features, such as the CORSAIR RapidRoute cable management system, streamline the building process by allowing cables to be routed through a single hidden channel for a tidy finish. HXi Series (2025) Power Supplies
CORSAIR has unveiled updated versions of its legendary HXi power supplies with dual 600W-capable 12V-2x6 GPU power connectors to easily handle modern dual-GPU setups and the anticipated demands of next-generation GPUs. Both the 1200W HX1200i and 1500W HX1500i PSUs will be updated in Q2 to offer dual 12V-2x6 connectors, providing ample power for potent gaming PCs packing high-end GPUs and CPUs. The modular cables have also been upgraded to an embossed design, allowing for increased flexibility and easier cable management.
The updated HXi power supplies are quiet and efficient, boasting a 140mm Fluid Dynamic Bearing fan and up to 92% efficiency thanks to their Platinum rating from Cybenetics. At low and medium loads, the fans can run in Zero RPM mode for near-silent computing. Adventurous PC builders can set a custom fan curve using the powerful CORSAIR iCUE software.

CORSAIR Custom Lab DRAM
Expanding the boundaries of customization, CORSAIR has unveiled an exciting addition to its CORSAIR Custom Lab, now offering personalization for DRAM. Users can tailor the appearance of their memory with a total of eight striking design options, available across Black, White, or Gray VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 modules. The process begins by selecting the memory's capacity, speed, and latency, followed by choosing from a range of aesthetic designs. Initial options include speeds of 6,000MT/s or 6,400MT/s with CAS latencies ranging from 30 to 36.
